Shipping & TAT

 

Please allow 5-7 weeks for your outfits to be completed (unless the item is listed as ready to ship). If you have not received shipping confirmation by 3-5 business days after 8 week mark please contact us at sthreadsshop@gmail.com! We are unable to provide detailed tracking up until the turn around time has been met. 

All orders have a 3-5 business day packing window after turn around time has ended. For example: This means if TAT ends on Friday the 21st, packages will be shipped anytime between Monday the 24th and Friday the 28th. 

Not all orders from a single release are shipped at the same time or in order of order number.

This is a rare event but please do not inquire about your order unless it is past the packing window.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are based on weight of package. Larger orders will ship priority. Priority shipping does not include rush production  

Rush My Order is available on most releases and should be purchased at time of ordering. Rush option is $10 per outfit and will be shipped within 2-3 weeks.  

Tracking & Shipment Delay Info:

  • If your package isnt moving, states there is a delay or it isnt updating- you will need to contact your local post office. They can assist in helping locate your package. 
  • Once your package leaves STS HQ, we are not in control on how quickly or when your package will arrive. We are provided the same tracking information as you are given. Contact your local post office to assist in any questions once it’s in their possession. 

Package was scanned as delivered but is not there:

  • Sometimes a package is marked delivered and does not arrive. Give it a day or two and if it does not show up contact your local post office to assist

Damaged Package:

  • Please contact your local post office and keep the packaging as it arrived. The post office can assist in filing a claim for damaged packaging.
