🤍 Do you ship packages internationally? 

Not at this time. 

🤍 What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards & shop pay. 

🤍 Can you change an order after already submitted?

Orders cannot be changed after purchased. If an issue arises you can send us an email with your order number and questions.

🤍 Can you cancel a order?

No. Once an order is placed the sale is final. 

🤍 Do you combine shipping?

Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders and time it would require, we do not combine orders. 

🤍 Do you have a return policy? 

All orders are final sale. If for some reason you have a mistake on your order or your order arrives to you needing repair, please send an email with your concern to support@sisterthreadsshop.com. Be sure to include your order number. 

🤍 What do I do if my address has changed?

Send an email to support@sisterthreadsshop.com and include your order number and correct address. This can only be done if order has not shipped.
